Dear colleagues,

It is our great pleasure to hold the second Congress of the Asian Epilepsy Surgery Society scheduled from October 25th to 26th, 2008, in China. We are designing a program to offer our congress a rich and varied agenda.

The successful inaugural Congress in Seoul in 2007 paved the way for the development of Asian epilepsy surgery. We hope the second congress to be an excellent opportunity for us to share innovative ideas, reduce international heterogeneity and understand each others' capabilities and progress. The Organizing Committee will exert great efforts to put this meeting the top international symposium on epilepsy surgery, which every epilepsy surgeon will be eager to attend.

The meeting will take place in Shijiazhuang-the capital of Hebei Province in northern China, which is only 2 hours’ drive to Beijing-the hosting city of 2008 Olympic Games. Most important, the fall is the most enjoyable season in northern china and it guarantees a splendor for scientific events and sightseeing.

We anticipate a high number of participants for this meeting, so we suggest you to register early.
